About Hancock Dental Arts

Lance grew up in Minneapolis, MN. He is a third-generation dental lab technician and began his career at just 15 years of age. He has been honing his craft ever since. 

Lance has seen thousands of veneers being prepared and cemented through specialty hands-on programs. He has been receiving advanced training by the best clinicians around the country since the age of 17: attending LVI with Dr. Bill Dickerson, Hornbrook Group courses with Dr. David Hornbrook, Pac Live and Heartland Dental Aesthetic Continuums with Dr. Ed Lowe and Dr. Mike Koczarski. His extensive experience and training make him an invaluable resource for our Dentists when it comes to case consultation and material selection. 

When he isn’t creating beautiful smiles in the lab, Lance enjoys fishing for walleye with his family on Lake Vermilion, golfing with his buddies, and playing every sport imaginable with his son Oliver.

Jill joined Hancock Dental Arts with 34 years of specialization in anterior ceramic work. After earning a degree in Dental Technology early in her career she went on to achieve her CDT in Ceramics in 1993. She has spent a lifetime perfecting her art and it is richly evident in her work. Her contributions to our lab, in both skill and artistry have proven to be invaluable.

She currently resides in Vadnais Heights with her husband Mike. She loves spending time with family, including 2 grown children Adam and Madison. She is a true Minnesota girl with her love for long weekends fishing at the cabin and cheering on her favorite hockey team the Minnesota Wild.

Eli has been a member of the Hancock Dental Arts team since day one. He is our resident digital expert. He loves his job as a smile designer because he knows with each case, he is helping to change a person’s life for the better. 

His passion for helping people is also seen by his regular volunteer work within the community. When he isn’t in the lab or volunteering you can find him with his dog Beau somewhere outside hiking, camping, biking or swinging between the trees in a hammock.

Paul Reppenhagen has a rich background in both large corporate and small company settings. He has held senior-level positions in marketing, sales, and strategic business development. During his corporate career, Paul worked for several consumer packaged goods (CPG) food manufacturing companies including MOM Brands, Post and Famous Products, where he served as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and General Manager, CMO and Senior Vice President for Corporate Strategy, and President and CEO.

Using the experience and network form his corporate world, Paul now has a focus on helping business owners accelerate results as a Fractional CMO and consultant. Also, he has owned and operated five small businesses. Paul has an MBA in Marketing/Strategic Operations from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.

Heather grew up in St. Paul, MN. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from St. Catherine University. She left her career as a Respiratory Therapist in 2021 to support the business side of Hancock Dental Arts. 

Heather loves spending time outdoors with Lance and their son Oliver. She is a huge animal lover, and you will rarely see her without her Whoodle Winnie by her side.
